Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Contact@blanctag.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • blanctag is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
